Overview
IC is engaged in the development and commercialization of a treatment for cancer in humans. The lead compound, C10, eliminates the inflammatory response and cytokine cascade associated with cancer growth and linked to over expressed TLR3, Wnt5a, and their signals. In animal trials with mice, as well as in vitro experimental studies, the treatment showed significant efficacy in pancreatic cancer and malignant melanoma. It was also effective in breast, colon, prostate, and lung cancer models. C10 demonstrated no toxic or otherwise significant side effects.

Business Strategy
IC business goals over the next 12-24 months are to establish an IND for pancreatic cancer as well as for an autoimmune inflammatory disease then enter Phase I/II trials for the treatment of pancreatic cancer in humans. The core competency of IC is its ability to establish a proof of concept in the laboratory and demonstrate efficacy through clinical trials. In doing so, IC will maximize its product's value by facilitation of the regulatory approval process. Ultimately, the end goal of the company is the establishment of a commercialization license with a pharmaceutical company which has a strong presence in cancer and anti-inflammatory therapeutic medicine.

  • Milestones
